Broadly ages 6 to 12. Times tables, addition and subtraction drills suit roughly ages 6 to 9; fractions, number logic and the faster mental arithmetic games suit roughly ages 9 to 12. Adults use the speed drills too, because keeping mental arithmetic sharp does not stop mattering after school.
